ගුගල් රිඩර් නවතින ලකුණු.(Google Reader is dead)

  ගුගල් සමාගම තම නිශ්පාදන ශෝධනයකට සුදානම් වෙනව.පසුගිය දිනක ගුගල් සමාගම නිවේදනයක් නිකුත් කලා.ඒ ඔවුනේ නිශ්පාදන කිපයක් වන Google Reader, Google Cloud Connect, CalDAV API අත් හිටවන්න තිරණය කරල.  ගුගල් රිඩර් ලබන් ජුලි මාසය වන විට වසා දැමිමට තිරණය කරල.ඒ තමන්ගේ පාරිභෝගිකයන්ට වෙනත් සේවයකට මාරු විමට මාස කිපයක් ලබා දෙමින්.පසුගිය වසර කිපය පුරාම RSS feed වලට තිබු ඉල්ලුම පහත වැටිම වසර 8 පුරාවට සේවය ලබා දුන් මෙය නවතා දැමිමට හේතුව බවයි ගුගල් සමාගම කියන්නේ.ඊළග වතාවේ ඔබ Reader වෙත පිවිසෙන විට ඔබට මේ සේවය නවතා දමන බවට අනතුරු ඇගවිමක් කරාවි.

  ට්විටර්,ෆේස්බුක් වගේ ක්ෂණික පුවත් සපයන සේවා සහ නිව්ස් ඇප්ස් බහුල විම RSS වල පහළ වැටිමට බලපැ තවත් කරුණක්.
  වර්ශ 2011 පටන් ගුගල් රිඩර් නවතා දමන දින දක්වා ගුගල් සමාගම තම සේවාවන් 70 පමණ අත්හිටුවා තිබෙනව.මේවායින් බොහොමයක් නවතා දැමිමට හේතුව වෙලා තියෙන්නේ ගුගල් සමාගම විසින්ම ඔවුන්ගේ නිශ්පාදන වලට විකල්ප ඉදිරිපත් කිරිම නිසා. මේ තියෙන්නේ ඉන් කිපයක්. 

• Most of the uses of CalDAV API, which closes September 16 for all developers but those who are whitelisted, can be handled by Google Calendar API.
• Google is closing Google Building Maker and steering developers to Google Map Maker and the 3D technology on Google Earth.
• Cloud Connect is closing April 30, but you can install Google Drive instead.
• Google is discontinuing its Google Voice App for BlackBerry, but BlackBerry users can still use voice on Google’s HTML5 app.
• The company is focusing on mobile with its Snapseed photo editing product, and so decided to stop selling the software desktop version for Windows and Macs. Snapseed will remain a free iOS and Android app.
• Google’s search API for developers who want to create shopping apps using Google search data is being discontinued September 16, but the company said it is continuing to improve Google Shopping.
